Cancellation Policy
At Skin by Ashlyn, we value flexibility and understand that life happens. We know that emergencies arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost
•No Call / No Show will result in a 100% charge of the service cost
•Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges
•If there is an emergency situation please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you
